Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Wholesale Accounts for Nexus' Tattoo & Beauty Division will be an integral member of the Global Tattoo and Beauty team and will be responsible for a key area of Nexus’ commitment to sustained omni-channel growth. This role will be highly visible to the leadership team and will be responsible for supercharging wholesale growth while maintaining the brand's innovative presence and relevance with wholesale partners. This role will foster strong relationships with wholesale partners and will be instrumental in driving sales plans, developing marketing initiatives, managing product launches, and identifying key growth areas for our family of brands and businesses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for delivering a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify key growth areas, globally, and work with brands to develop and execute wholesale sales plans.

Be the key point person and liaison for major wholesale accounts and manage a team of wholesale account managers to build and maintain excellent relationships with retail account partners, ensuring best-in-class service.

Partner closely with sales, marketing, digital, operations, and finance teams to achieve the wholesale sales goals.

Manage sell-in and support sell-thru strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports, including competitive analyses and business mixes.

Collaborate with buying teams to meet company goals throughout the ordering process.

Gain deep knowledge of the product line and effectively represent the brand at trade shows, education events, and more.

Plan and execute marketing initiatives and digital campaigns tailored to each account, while managing retail promotional strategies and activations.

Oversee stock levels, ensuring a well-balanced product mix across channels by monitoring and resolving low or out-of-stock conditions.

Play an active role in staying up to speed and coordinating with product development teams for new launches. Work globally on launch plans and be the supporting partner on ensuring best-in-class execution.

Optimize product assortments, pricing, and margin for the wholesale channel.

Perform any other duties necessary to align with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

5+ years of sales experience, experience within consumable products, beauty or tattoo industry a plus.

Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Growth mindset and a passion for the tattoo and beauty industry.

Work Environment:

This role may require attendance at conferences, conventions, and events.

The ability to travel domestically up to 25% is required.

International travel flexibility.
