The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. This position offers an opportunity for significant case handling responsibility, direct client interaction, and mentorship from senior attorneys. A hybrid work schedule is available, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work.Duties:

Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters as the lead attorney.Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearings.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters, providing support and receiving mentorship.Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed on the progress of their cases.Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.Requirements:

3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys for guidance.Motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.Current membership with the North Carolina Bar (required).Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active Bar membership in North Carolina (required).Skills:

Strong legal research and writing skills.Ability to handle multiple complex cases and work under deadlines.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Ability to collaborate and receive mentoring from senior attorneys.Compensation and Benefits:
