MESdevelopment experience using Dassault Apriso 2017, Manufacturing domainexperience, FIT/GAP analysis Apriso 2019, MPI Experience in Manufacturingdomain (specifically discrete mfg.) Experience in Oracle 12c / SQL2014 Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English Exposureto ITIL oSupport and maintain existing MES Application byprioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues oEffort Estimation and Impact Analysis for ProblemReport or Change request oImplementing fix / patch in the Development environment oProviding support on testing of enhancement fix / hotpatch in the Simulation or the Integration environment oRaising a Problem report for the issues raised by userif resolution of issue needs code change oCoordinate with APRISO for critical support on APRISOFlexNet Product issues (L3) oPerform root cause analysis and remediation forrepeated issues oCollaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ)in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systemsare impacting MES oProviding resolution to users for the tickets/ issues oContribute in Process Improvement activities
