The Sr. Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation is responsible for administering internal sales incentive payments and providing reconciliation support to BenefitMall business groups.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Manage BenefitMall’s Sales Incentive department and administer sales incentive plans, payments, and reporting.

Mentor and coach team members.

Conduct validation and testing of incentive results to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Oversee and ensure timely resolution of incentive inquiries and requests from the sales organization and other business departments.

Provide reporting on sales results.

Lead creation of new incentive plans in the Incentive Compensation platform and plan statements.

Provide ad-hoc incentive reporting and assist with the analysis of incentive-related results and trends.

Provide assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets, review expenses against budgets, and issue monthly variance statements.

Possess detailed comprehension of how the Incentive Plans operate and the underlying maths to always ensure accuracy and completeness.

Step through any/all calculations at any time where required.

Conduct special financial and business-related studies as required.

Actively participate in meetings, providing input to contribute to the overall success in achieving corporate goals.

Occasional long, irregular hours.

Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of job-related work experience

Two (2) years of managerial experience

Broad knowledge of sales incentive plans and best practices of procedures

Advanced Excel skills

Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Must be able to work with absolute deadlines and is detail oriented.

Solid customer service instincts

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret job-related documents.

Ability to work in and contribute to a positive team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, and quickly adapt to changes in work assignments.

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position.
