Executive Assistant

to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international).Proactively anticipate the needs of executives, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and engagements.Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, purchase orders, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Coordinate and assist with special projects, events, and team activities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Organize and maintain office systems, including digital filing, record-keeping, and document management to ensure easy access and organization.Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice management, ensuring timely submission and approval.Foster a collaborative environment and assist with office management tasks as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and flexibility.High level of discretion and confidentiality.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.SALARY AND CLASSIFICATION:

Classification: Full-time exemptLocation: RemoteThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year which represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this exempt position.Please note that actual offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors including internal equity. As such, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the lower or upper end of the range. Please also note the compensation range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.U.S. employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to HSA, FSA, commuter, LTD, STD, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in our company 401k plan and employer match. Employees accrue up to 15 paid vacation days, 7 paid sick days, and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
