The Field Sales Associate Director role offers growth potential opportunities, professional development, an engaging team environment, the ability to work a remote schedule, and amazing benefits.What You'll be Doing:Lead, oversee, and support a team of field sales representatives.Accelerate growth of software & services sales results for your team.Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.Collaborate with various professionals and leaders/departments to improve operational efficiency.Recruit, train, and build a high-performance sales team.Key Tasks:Manage and lead sales representatives to success.Recruit, evaluate, train, and motivate a top sales organization.Set and track sales targets for your team.Support your team in complex sales.Implement improvements in the sales administration process.Prepare sales projections and forecasts.Research and discover methods to increase client engagement.Develop and execute strategies for increasing market share.Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies are met.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments.You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.5-10 years’ experience in sales leadership.Enterprise Sales experience with C-Suite interactions.Experience with sales methodologies.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to travel frequently.About the Team:
