Arc is searching for a Junior Art Director who can collaborate with copywriters and work under the direction of a Creative Lead to create and adapt National Brand and Retailer programs. Candidates should be quick learners and self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable sharing their perspectives. We want someone who is curious, inquisitive and keeps pace with new technologies, as well as their own self-improvement. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and able to effectively juggle many projects across multiple retailers (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target and many more). You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest CPG brands in the business—Dove, Hellmann’s, SheaMoisture and Knorr, to name a few.What You Will Do

Concept print and digital creative; including rendering masterful typography and compositing layouts to craft visual approaches with clear communication hierarchies.Version a provided example into multiple sizes and an array of tactics.Collaborate with teams of copywriters, strategists and account leads to create a high volume of work on time, on budget and on point.Participate in brainstorms and deliver best-in-class creative that exceeds client objectives.Qualifications

What You Should BringBonus: experience working with Adobe XD, After Effects, Procreate, Celtra or automation programs.Understanding of the creative process and integrated marketing, including video, print, and digital disciplines; and know how to weave ideas across them.Appreciation for data and how it can drive bigger thinking and creativity.Ability to develop and execute big ideas from beginning to end and keep deliverables on time and on budget.Desire and ability to self-motivate and motivate others to solve multiple problems creatively and strategically at once, under quick deadlines.Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it to work.Approach tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.Compensation and Benefits
