JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager IILOCATION: Remote (PST preferred) or Hybrid in Seattle, WADURATION: 3 monthsRATE RANGE: $32-$42/hrTOP 3 SKILLS:Minimum 4 years copywriting experienceMinimum of 4 years google ads experienceMinimum of 4 years paid search experience.SUMMARY:The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), with a specific focus on the healthcare industry. In addition to strong analytical and strategic abilities, this role requires excellent copywriting skills to create compelling healthcare-related ad copy that drives high engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will be able to blend creativity with performance marketing to maximize ROI for paid search efforts in healthcare.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms to meet business objectives, with a focus on healthcare services and products.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign performance, particularly within the healthcare marketing space.- Write, edit, and optimize healthcare-focused ad copy that is creative, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice, driving higher click-through and conversion rates.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements in the healthcare vertical.- A/B test ad copy variations to enhance performance and improve Quality Scores, particularly for healthcare-related terms.- Stay up-to-date with search engine marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to adjust strategies as needed, especially within the healthcare industry.- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure landing page alignment with healthcare ad copy for seamless user experiences.- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Leverage Excel skills for advanced data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and automation of performance tracking.QUALIFICATIONS:- Copy Writing; 4 - 6 Years- Google Ads; 4 - 6 Years- Paid Search; 4 - 6 Years- AB testing – would be a plus (would need to convert to FTE potentially)- Advanced Excel – pivot tables, vlookups – would be a plus- Bachelors Degree – marketing or related field (if they have 10+ year exp, doesn't need degree)- Conversion rate optimization; 4 - 6 Years- Data analysis; 4 - 6 Years (look at data and make decisions.)- Good time management skills – will be meeting deadlines frequently- 4-6 years of experience in the field.IND123
