Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms to meet business objectives, with a focus on healthcare services and products.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign performance, particularly within the healthcare marketing space.Write, edit, and optimize healthcare-related ad copy that is creative, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice, driving higher click-through and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements in the healthcare vertical.A/B test ad copy variations to enhance performance and improve Quality Scores, particularly for healthcare-related terms.Stay up to date with search engine marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to adjust strategies as needed, especially within the healthcare industry.Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure landing page alignment with healthcare ad copy for seamless user experiences.Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.Leverage Excel skills for advanced data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and automation of performance tracking.Experience:

4-6 years of experience in Copywriting.4-6 years of experience in Google Ads.4-6 years of experience in Paid Search.A/B testing experience would be a plus (would need to convert to FTE potentially).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) would be a plus.4-6 years of experience in conversion rate optimization.Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field (if they have 10+ years of experience, degree is not required).4-6 years of experience in data analysis.Good time management skills – will be meeting deadlines frequently.
