Directly manage all operational and clinical activity related to the assigned facility or territory.Supervise, develop, and train all clinical staff, including Assistant Clinical Directors, supervising BCBA's, BCBA's, BCaBA's, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians.Supervise case management of clinical cases within the designated facility or territory.Assist clients and staff members through challenging situations in collaboration with other administrative teams.Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision and management of caseload/assigned billable hours.Coordinate and direct ongoing staff training as necessary.Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design top-quality treatment programs.Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure best business practices are met.Ensure clinical coverage for each facility or territory.Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to ensure all needs are met.Monitor client progress, including treatment plans and supervision.Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Prepare and administer performance evaluations to staff in collaboration with HR and the Regional Clinical Director.Plan independent caseload for the assigned facility/territory.Maintain a flexible schedule to support the clinical team.Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure.Open and flexible availability.At least 3 years of experience within the ABA field or working with children with developmental disabilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Strong leadership and management skills.Problem-solving skills when resolving administrative issues.Good understanding of budget and resource planning.About our Line of Business
