Reporting to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Compensation: Starting at $66,000.00 and up to $82,000.00 annually between base compensation and performance bonus.

In support of the Talent Acquisition team’s mission to supply the best talent to our company, the Talent Acquisition Team Lead supports and guides the Talent Acquisition team by providing training, development, accountability, resources, and ongoing coaching and feedback.
Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you are instrumental in building strong and collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, ensuring that your Talent Acquisition team is effective in meeting goals as well as partnering with the clinical team and internal partners. You are expected to excel in effective communication, take initiative, and the development of your team members.
Responsibilities
Essential job responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Team Lead include, but are not limited to:
Build collaborative relationships with clinical partners.Collaborate and strategize with peers and leadership.Deliver effective and engaging diverse recruiting strategies.Develop ACES recruiting talent through coaching, feedback, and exposure.Participate in selection of prospective Talent Acquisition team members.Operate and communicate in a consultative manner to team, leadership, and internal/external partners.Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communications.Provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.Resolve conflict utilizing a solutions-oriented mindset in a positive and effective way without damaging team morale.Anticipate recruiting roadblocks, propose solutions, and lead and execute the full talent acquisition strategy.Foresee/define the business impact of filling/not filling the open positions.Stay abreast of trends in recruiting, ACES competitors, and the marketplace.Recommend actions based on knowledge of business drivers and market trends to achieve recruiting goals.Rely on analysis, experience, and judgment when making decisions/recommendations.Identify industry trends and recommend business modifications to capitalize on them.Create and articulate innovative strategies that will create substantial value.Set goal-oriented objectives for self and others and break them down into smaller actions.Anticipate roadblocks and adjust activity to achieve or exceed business and production goals.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, Human Resources or related field, with a proven track record of success.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with current recruiting trends, tools, and technologies.In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and goals.Collaboration: Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and department heads.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent acquisition strategies with broader organizational goals.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.Mentorship and Coaching: Experience in providing mentorship and coaching to team members to foster their professional development and growth.Innovative Sourcing: Proficient in using innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent.Data Analysis: Ability to leverage data and analytics to measure team performance, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Project Management: Effective project management skills to handle multiple priorities and ensure the successful execution of recruitment initiatives.Legal Compliance: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and changing recruitment landscape.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant technologies.Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry and talent community.
