As a Manager of Product Development, you will assist in the development of Tatcha formulas, helping to bring innovative, efficacious, and quality products to market. Each day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:Investigate unique break through textures, discover and research new ingredients, and establish competitive benchmarksContribute to the ideation and development of new formulas from concept to commercializationEnsure projects continuously meet development goals and launch datesAct as a bridge between Tatcha R&D and rest of the teamSupport clinical and consumer perception testingEvaluate formula submissions, and provide timely feedback to R&D and Contract ManufacturersCreate product profiles that tell the story of the new product including highlighting unique positioning (in the portfolio and competitive landscape), key claims and key technology that can be incorporated into marketing, education and PR materialsCollaborate with Marketing on consumer insights and product trends to inform new developmentsFoster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sales representatives in the United States and abroadWho You AreYou are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is ever-evolving.
