Your Next Great Adventure

This position is to support Purchasing Manager, Sales, Construction Managers, and Vendors in order to provide accurate pricing in job costs/sales prices, manage purchase orders, manage sales options, and provide accurate information for materials/labor to build homes.In charge of "Starts" process using HYPHEN BRIX system to create purchase orders at start for all vendors to build a home to the correction specifications, deco selections, and change ordersManage various reports and files.Run and track direct costs per plan in BRIX system.Maintain and update OPTION PRICE LIST (OPL) for all plans.Vendor Bid ProcessMaintain document that details which plans are being built in each community and at what specification level.Maintain master Specification document which helps sales generate the Standard Feature BrochuresPrepare cost comparisons for budgeting purposes using Brix and Excel spreadsheetsVendor RelationsOperations Support in the Brix Sales ModuleRun Accruals process where you distribute final budgets to CM, coordinate and document any updates to budget, and provide corporate accounting with final cost of finished homeAble to work with several organizations as part of our Energy Rebate with CPS.Create extra purchase orders using Hyphen-BrixConstruction Manager bonus reportOther tasks as needed by supervisor to accomplish mission and serve as backup to all Purchasing Team membersQualifications

Success is Built On:

4-year degree in Business or Construction Science preferred.Need strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, ExcelNeed high sense of urgency, plus be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.Need to be able to communicate in person for one on one and group settings.Be able to work in a team setting
