Your Next Great Adventure

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing leads and shapes the strategy for the companys Sales and Marketing functions, driving growth and overseeing team performance. This role is essential for developing and executing strategic initiatives, as well as ensuring that goals and metrics are achieved or surpassed.

Success is Built On

Ability to develop and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals, and to lead and motivate a senior team effectively

Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape, coupled with experience in managing budgets and optimizing resources to drive revenue growth.

Proficiency in sales strategy development, digital marketing, and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and measure the success of initiatives

Capability to manage and lead through change, demonstrating flexibility and innovation to stay ahead in a dynamic market environment.

Bachelors degree in business or equivalent degree

5+ years of relevant and proven experience in New Home Sales/ commission real estate sales
