In this role youll support users on end user devices, software products, and office technology. Duties include resolving help desk tickets, maintaining hardware, troubleshooting and resolving user issues, working with management to prioritize work, researching technology solutions, tracking inventory and assets, ensuring security and maintenance of shared technology equipment and onboard new employees.**Responsibilities:*** 2+ years experience in similar positions* 2+ years experience supporting MAC in business environments* Service-oriented with a can-do attitude* Willingness to work outside work hours* Knowledge in operating and maintaining JAMF Cloud (or similar MDM)* Provide support to all users globally via the IT Help-desk (Jira Service Desk)* Familiarity with maintaining and tracking IT stock* Troubleshoot HW and SW user issues* Ensure a thorough understanding of user requirements and needs* Provide application support such as Microsoft Office, VPN, Web Browsers, Adobe Creative Cloud, and many others* Provide support for smartphones and tablet devices* Give support to the org teams with wired and wireless networks* Manage Cloud computing, Microsoft Office 365, Google G-suite, and Okta* Fluent in both speaking and writing in English* SaaS industry* Must be willing to come into our Santa Clara office (open to discussion)
