Job Description:Human Resources Generalist
Independent of supervision, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is on point for program administration, policy/protocol/procedures, project leadership, and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the HR function. As the identified business owner, the incumbent is charged with professionally delivering results for: aligned initiatives, priorities, tasks, and administrative work streams. The HRG performs a diverse variety of projects, and tasks to drive, deliver and support the operations of the HR department. The HRG is expected to achieve top decile performance through the effective, efficient & elegant delivery of services. You will work closely with our Human Resources Business Partner to support our organizations strategic initiatives and drive towards our goals.
