Job Description:HR Business Partner
Works directly with employees and management to onboard, train and develop Human Resources within assigned, designated departments.
SKILLS AND ABILITIESDemonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position.Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment.Demonstrates effective skills in oral and written communication.Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally and with the public.Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision.Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.Must be able to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREESValid Oregon driver's license.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree).Human Resource related certification preferred.Basic medical terminology preferred.
EXPERIENCEThree (3) years Human Resource experience.Two (2) years recruiting experience preferred.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSRequires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking.May be required to lift up to 20 pounds.Requires significant use of personal computer, phone and general office equipment.Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects.Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or telephone.May require off-site travel.
