Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Respond to user queries via email, orin-person.Provide troubleshooting for hardware andsoftware issues.Assist with password resets and accountunlocks.Install, configure, and maintain desktop andlaptop computers.Imaging / Reimaging of laptopsPlacing requests forlaptop/desktop/accessories and shipping them.Provide support for standard officeapplications and tools.Install software applications approved bySecurity team.Document issues and solutions in theticketing system.Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support whennecessary.Maintain inventory of IT equipment andsoftware licenses.Assist in the onboarding process by settingup new user accounts and workstations.Provide training and guidance to users onbasic IT processes and tools.Handle escalated issues from Service Desk.Perform advanced troubleshooting anddiagnostics of hardware and software toolsSupport network connectivity issues includingVPN and wireless connectivity.Assist with the deployment and configurationof software and hardware.Maintain and support equipment for meetingsand conferences.Collaborate with other IT teams for systemupgrades and project implementations.Ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures.Experience Required:

Proven experience in a desktop support role(L1 and/or L2).Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operatingsystems.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite andother common business applications.Familiarity with Active Directory, remotedesktop tools, and VPN solutions.Basic understanding of networking principles(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonalskills.Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.Experience with ticketing systems and ITservice management (ITSM) tools.Ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively.Must be able to lift and move computerequipment and accessories from one location to another.Must be able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
