We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our ESO monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida, and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive execution of the company's day-to-day third-party provider ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Manage the remediation of ongoing monitoring findings / observations, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate closure of findings.
  • Report and escalate ongoing monitoring progress and issues to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities with the team and management with a focus on greater efficiency and efficacy.
  • Lead the creation of presentations for business stakeholder, regulators and senior management, with the strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a cohesive and creative manner.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in third party risk management.
  • Financial services a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to forge relationships across teams and levels of management.
