We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Business Process Improvements/Best Practice Manager II to join the Operations Change Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a team of officers and assistant officers to successfully implement internal and external business improvement plans. Responsible for promoting the Business Process Improvement Team across functions. Has a sound understanding of the commercial environment and is aware of current regulatory and legal obligations of the location managed.
- Controls complex analyses and implementation of projects. Designs improvement plans that sometimes require collaboration with other functions. Follows all governance standards and provides clear direction and leadership to the Officer team. Ensures teams use of business process improvement standards and methodology.
- Applies strong analytical and communication skills, works independently under pressure, innovatively problem solves and able to effectively attain buy-in from clients to drive implementation recommendations forward.
- Manages and prioritizes team workload and resources. Manages implementation plans. Supports functional leadership.
- Manipulates large, complex data sets to generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Manages implementation plans and resources across geographical areas. Serves as an escalation point and handles escalated issues from the team, other departments and the clients. Handles escalation of issues that will significantly impact business improvement implementation.
- Consistently delivers quality business solutions and anticipates and manages client expectations. Effectively builds relationships with internal teams and clients. Is an effective leader. Understands how own projects and decisions affect other parts of the business. Supports and encourages staff through development planning, performance planning, objective-setting and performance review. Coaches and develops more junior managers.
- Manages a team.
- Manages team's successful implementation of moderately sized, complex business process improvements.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.
