We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Change Management to join our Treasury Services team . This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Handle tasks associated with project administration, from the business perspective, to assure timely deliverables and drive the project to completion.
  • Ensuring that the project complies with the project management standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring that end to end project milestones are met/delivered.
  • Managing the project stakeholders, including identifying, engaging, communicating, and managing expectations.
  • Providing high quality status updates to stakeholders at agreed intervals.
  • Managing the project issues, including identifying, logging, tracking, and resolving issues.
  • Managing the project documentation, including creating, updating, storing, and archiving project documents.
  • Managing the project lessons learned, including capturing, analyzing, sharing, and applying lessons learned.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience and demonstrated results in a global team environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
  • Strong influencer and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms tailored to a specific audience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
  • Team player with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-profile priorities and projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
