Job Summary
The Grants Finance Manager oversees grant related financial operations and supports the Associate Director of Finance, Grants and Contracts with a wide variety of functions which include the management of contract and grant related expenditures and the financial administration of awards including preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, transactional processing, and financial analysis. Serves as a key resource for the organization and provides daily financial oversight to ensure that the financial records are complete, accurate and comply with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and regulations, to facilitate solid decision support.

Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED and 10 years of work experience in a finance or accounting related role will be accepted.
- Minimum of 8 years working in a Finance or Accounting department with financial reporting responsibilities required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with federal/state grant accounting required.
- 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience required.
- Experience with Abila accounting software preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
