The Strategy & Business Operations Manager will be a member of the Strategy & Business Operations team, reporting to the Director. This team is responsible for leading cross-functional change across the organization by driving key strategic, financial, and operational initiatives.

As the Strategy & Business Operations Manager, you will add value through your:

Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration Abilities:
  • Drive incremental revenue and operational excellence by leading critical cross-functional initiatives across FSCO business units.
  • Work directly with leadership including the CEO and CFO, business unit Presidents, heads of product, procurement, operations, etc. to support execution against strategic opportunities and priorities.
  • Manage multiple internal projects concurrently; clearly organize and articulate deliverables of respective projects and key milestones on relevant project timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders and ensure follow through on project deliverables and take ownership of the timeliness of project progress.
  • Support any process improvements and organizational change management needed as a result of these strategic initiatives.
  • Bring a solutions-oriented approach to help overcome project obstacles as they arise.
  • Embrace sustainable problem-solving-going beyond short-term fixes to build lasting systems, solutions, and visibility.

Business-Driving Data and Insights Skills:
  • Lead any root-cause analysis, fact-finding, data gathering, and reporting needed to measure success of initiatives.
  • Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and embrace a test-and-learn approach relating to initiatives.
  • Ensure that any analyses or data deep-dives aren't solely academic exercises but drive change and impact for their audience.
  • Proficient in distilling large amounts of data into digestible and actionable insights for a leadership audience.


This is Hybrid Role, and you will be based Onsite 3 - 4 Days Week in our beautiful NYC Office.

Salary: $85,000 Annually

Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in a strategy, finance, growth, or operations role
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (including Excel, Outlook, and Word). Power BI / Tableau experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive impact
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in an evolving and fast-paced business environment.
  • A self-starter able to operate autonomously but also work as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and change direction based on business needs
  • A sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, stay organized, and contribute a point-of-view.
