The People Partner role iscritical in providing front-line support to US-based managers and employeeswithin the Digital Industries Software business. The individual in this rolewill engage in a variety of foundational People & Organization (P&O, orwhat we call HR) areas of partnership, including employee relations,performance management, people manager consultation, immigration, facilitatingemployee and manager training sessions, project-managing people &organization initiatives, pulling organizational health measures andextrapolating insights, assisting with Workday changes, and general employeelifecycle support. This role will make decisions and recommendations for thegroups they support, with minimal supervision.

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to$178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training. These responsibilities include but are notlimited to:
- Advise managers and/or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s) and/or region(s).
- Implement policies, methods, processes, or programs relating to same P&O functional area(s).
- Manage and resolve basic to complex employee relations issues
- Conduct internal investigations including, but not limited to: allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and/or violations of company policies.
- Shepherd performance management in partnership with designated people managers.
- Provide P&O policy guidance and interpretation. (ie, employee and manager inquiries).
- Project-manage and support business unit restructures (RIF, EEO Reporting, Assessment Spreadsheets), M&A, workforce planning.
- Develop P&O programs and Initiatives.
- Provide coordination, communication and delivery of virtual training to employees and managers on P&O related matters.
- Facilitate immigration & delegation processes by partnering with P&O Operations team and partnering with the Global Mobility & Immigration Team.
- Coordinate employee related requests to ensure accurate and timely follow up and closure/ resolution of their requests or concerns.
- Provide organizational health analysis and support reporting requests to business and P&O Business Partners.
- Work with P&O Operations to ensure Workday changes (ie, Cost Center Changes, Job Code changes, Job Posting support, etc) get processed.
- Manage mass communication on P&O related topics (ie US P&O Updates & Reminders, Employee/ Manager Reminder Deadline, Workday Updates, etc)
- Coordinate and initiate Exit Interview Process as requested
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience
- Bachelors degree in business management, human resources, or a related field
- 3 - 6 years minimal experience in Employee Relations as a P&O Generalist, Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist role
- Experience partnering with people managers to address instances of employee underperformance
- Experience conducting investigations into employee concerns, including but not limited to, allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and/or violations of company policies
- PHR or SHRM certification a plus
