ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Usehelpdesk software to answer, monitor and manage user submitted ticketsRepairand replace non-functioning computer equipmentInstallationof new desktop computers and computer-related equipment (printers and otherperipherals)Maintainassessment management, including an inventory of all computers, peripheraldevices, and licensesMaintainappropriate physical security and control on all assetsCreateand maintain relevant documentation on projects assigned and completedCommunicateto Information Systems Manager with recommendations for hardware and softwareneedsParticipatein after-hours on-call scheduleAdditionalduties as assignedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requiredto push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 poundsLocaltravel (30%)Mustbe able to communicate effectively orally and/or in writing with staff,vendors, communityTypicaloffice settingOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology or related field or Associates degree withequivalent experience1year previously help desk or customer service experienceExperiencein computer hardware and software installation and maintenance preferredStrongproblem solving and analytic thinking skillsFollows/adheresto organization, federal, and state regulations and guidelines, includingResident/Client rightsMaintainsneat, well-groomed appearance, adhering to dress code of organization/program
