Excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional. The HR Manager will provide the full continuum of generalist duties in the functional areas of Human Resources to include, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will understand applicable federal and state labor laws, possess knowledge of personnel policies and practices, and have the ability to handle delegated administrative details with strong communications skills.Minimum Qualifications

Responsible for managing the overall daily transactional processes of the Human Resources department to ensure quality HR service delivery to our organization’s team membersResponsible for coordinating new employee orientation and other HR special programsProvides necessary statistical data for hospital committees and Human Resources DirectorConducts exit interviews and analyzes exit interview data to report key findingsMaintains comprehensive Performance Evaluation programAssist the Exec. Director of Human Resources with various research and special projectsIn coordination with HR Staff, ensures maintenance of employee records as well as other HR tasksSupports and assists in Employee Relations investigations and issuesResponsible for advertising current vacant positions through collaboration with our Marketing department and outside agenciesOversees the coordination of volunteer programResponsible for weekly changes report and bonus tracking, continuing education, and licensing reimbursementResponsible for the onboarding process of new hiresResponsible for providing HR metrics and statistical data reporting including KPI’sResponsible for direction of the onboarding process of new hires, including orientation and offer lettersCoordinates the Employee Length of Service Program along with the HR GeneralistCoordinates Interns/Resident graduation with office of medical affairs & departmentKnowledge Of

ADP-Workforce Now is preferredHR federal laws and regulationsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, ATS, and comfortable learning new technical systems as neededRequired Skills/Abilities

Human Resources AssistantEducation and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field requiredAt least 7-10 years of human resource management experience necessaryNon-profit or healthcare environment a plusSHRM-CP a plusPhysical Requirements
