Excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional. The HR Manager will provide the full continuum of generalist duties in the functional areas of Human Resources to include, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will understand applicable federal and state labor laws, possess knowledge of personnel policies and practices, and have the ability to handle delegated administrative details with strong communications skills.

Advanced knowledge of ADP-HRB HRIS system necessary
Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the overall daily transactional processes of the Human Resources department to ensure quality HR service delivery to our organization’s team members
Responsible for coordinating new employee orientation and other HR special programs
Provides necessary statistical data for hospital committees and Human Resources Director
Conducts exit interviews and analyzes exit interview data to report key findings
Maintains comprehensive Performance Evaluation program
Assist the Exec. Director of Human Resources with various research and special projects
In coordination with HR Staff, ensures maintenance of employee records as well as other HR tasks
Supports and assists in Employee Relations investigations and issues
Responsible for advertising current vacant positions through collaboration with our Marketing department and outside agencies
Oversees the coordination of volunteer program
Responsible for weekly changes report and bonus tracking, continuing education, and licensing reimbursement
Responsible for the onboarding process of new hires
Responsible for providing HR metrics and statistical data reporting including KPI’s
Responsible for direction of the onboarding process of new hires, including orientation and offer letters
Coordinates the Employee Length of Service Program along with the HR Generalist
Coordinates Interns/Resident graduation with office of medical affairs & department
Knowledge Of
ADP-Workforce Now is preferred
HR federal laws and regulations
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, ATS, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Ability to think conceptually, anticipate outcomes from existing/emerging circumstances/settings, and perceive reconfiguration of resources to meet organizational needs and timelines
Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least 7-10 years of human resource management experience necessary
Non-profit or healthcare environment a plus
SHRM-CP a plus
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
