Position Overview:

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually DOE

SONSRAY is seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including workers' compensation, leave administration, recruiting, payroll, and compliance. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual in Spanish, who can effectively manage HR operations across multiple states and locations.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist

Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite and HRIS systems

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

Counsels employees on employee relations and outplacement

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Manages Workers Compensation and Employee Leave of Absences

Be the primary backup for payroll processing

Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements

Assist in administering benefits, employee performance programs as needed

Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company

5+ years of HR work experience or equivalent work experience required

SHRM-CP a plus but not required

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Bilingual - Spanish and English preferred
