The required experience must have included policy development and implementation; business/strategic planning; personnel/staff management; evaluating and implementing technology solutions; and budget preparation and analysis.NOTE: Additional qualifying full-time paid experience as described above may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree on a year-for-year basis.
