Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR)
Job Overview :The VP of Human Resources will be a strategic leader responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. This role requires a visionary approach to shaping a company's HR policies and ensuring a positive, performance-driven culture. You will work closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive employee engagement, and oversee all recruitment and retention efforts.Responsibilities :Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.Lead performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Manage benefits, compensation structures, and employee welfare programs.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.Advise senior management on HR-related matters and act as a key business partner.Foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.Proven track record of leading HR strategy and initiatives in a mid- to large-sized organization.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in change management and organizational development.Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.Compensation :Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and bonuses.Paid time off and professional development opportunities.
