Position Summary:The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The VP of HR acts as a strategic partner to the executive team and plays a critical role in shaping the company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and objectives.Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all human resources matters.Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.

Talent Management:

Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.Develop and implement strategies for talent development, including training, mentoring, and leadership development programs.Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with business goals.Lead employee retention strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Analyze and forecast HR-related financial metrics, such as turnover rates, compensation costs, and workforce trends.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure the organization’s compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and consistent work environment.Oversee employee relations and address any disputes or grievances in a fair and timely manner.Manage risk associated with employment practices, including handling sensitive employee matters.Oversee workers compensation claims and company safety program.

Organizational Culture:

Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.Lead initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

HR Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.Manage HR budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to meet organizational needs.Update company Handbook and Policies.
