UCSF Compensation and Benefits .Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) or more years of NP experience in a pediatric pre-anesthesia clinicMinimum of five (5) or more years of NP experience in a pediatric peri-operative settingMinimum of eight (8) years of NP experienceMinimum of three (3) years NP experience managing COVID protocols and guidelinesSkilled in physical and psycho-social assessment of families and children from infancy through adolescenceFlexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locationsPreferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishLicense/Certification
California driver's license (CDL) if required for position.Current national certification from an accepted certifying agency and provide by first day of work. Accepted Certifications for this position: FNP-BC or FNP-C.
Link to UCSF NP Certification Table for reference .Current and active RN and NP and Furnishing license in California.Complete a BRN recognized graduate master's degree program as a nurse practitioner.Obtain an active and/or transferable DEA license to California and provide evidence by 90th day of clinical practice.Submit enrollment with CMS Medicare and Medicaid through credentialing by first clinical day.Current AHA BLS.State regulation requires that you have a supervising physician to practice.Incumbents with less than 6 months of NP experience will be hired as a Nurse Practitioner 1.About UCSF
