The Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst
will play a pivotal role in supporting teams in evaluating client requirements and implementing effective benefit program strategies. Primary responsibilities will revolve around analyzing healthcare data, coordinating proposal processes, delivering on technical requirements, and supporting communications with clients. By collaborating closely with the consulting team, the Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional consulting services and ensuring the success of our clients’ health and group benefit programs. Dedication and a proactive approach will be essential in maintaining effective internal relationships and driving positive outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide technical assistance for the firm’s projects and engagements
Partner with the assigned teams to deliver on projects as directed by client engagement leaders
Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to generate comprehensive client reports, including ongoing dashboards, and provide insights during client review meetings
Lead the creation of client-facing deliverables and client correspondence in concert with the client team
Support actuarial and analytics team with financial underwriting and renewal development
Provide technical support in the execution of client benefit strategies, vendor solicitations (RFPs/RFIs) and implementation of selected solutions
Serve as a project manager for specific deliverables or engagements as needed
Manage and address client vendor requests and service needs
Assist with employee communication material review, compliance support and other duties as required
Organize and manage document storage and update service calendars/logs
Document meetings and share as necessary; update the client service issue log as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills
3+ years of employee benefits consulting experience including design, financials, underwriting, vendor management, and solution development
Ability to complete complex tasks, while working independently
Proactive and strong client service focus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong math and statistics skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Preferred Experience and Skills
Self-funded underwriting experience, strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficient with MS Office Suite

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
