About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced strategy & ops professional who can drive both strategic initiatives and operational excellence for projects covering our core product area. This team’s mission is to drive the strategy to be a multi-billion dollar business and run smoothly at scale by being the driving force and trusted thought-partner across functions and senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a mix of both strategy and operations experience, is a systems-thinker, prioritizes well, and can make high-quality data-driven decisions. Start-up experience is a plus, but not a must as we look for individuals who can thrive in ambiguity. We are looking for an individual who can see the "big picture," but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to help us continuously improve.Example project areas include:New revenue / product strategies (e.g., business case modeling, market / competitor landscaping)Piloting and taking new products to market (e.g., 0 to 1 product development, scaling new product to full roll-out)Business performance / P&L management / company-level goal settingScaling and transforming areas of the company to drive innovation and profitabilityWhat You’ll AccomplishStrategy:

Develops robust strategic recommendations based on data-analysis, competitive analysis, market research etc. Is able to articulate the strategy (where to play, how to win etc.) in a concise, well-written form. Proposes potential strategy projects that either support our current company strategy or look forward towards how to bring us to a $1B+ revenue company. Trusted by senior leadership to lead special strategic projects end to end with little oversight.Operations / Execution:

Viewed as a subject matter expert in project & program management and someone who can handle projects that impact the company/ function and requires day-to-day partnership with other Managers/Directors / VPs and keep them on track; Resources/prioritizes workstreams and projects appropriately; Incorporates best practices in program & project management and helps the team improve / develop best practices.Business Performance Management:

Connects the dots across metrics/KPIs from different product/GTM areas (within their portfolio/ adjacent to their portfolio) to improve the P&L of their product area; proactively flags issues when metrics are not in-line with expectations and initiates the right investigation/ root-cause analysis with broader cross-functional teams.Basic Qualifications12 years of relevant working experience (e.g., consulting, strategy & ops, product management)8+ years of People management experiencePreferred QualificationsHealthcare + start-up experience is a plusStrong analytical skills / hypothesis driven mindset is a plusConsulting / Investment banking experienceIPO experienceExperience working in high-performing teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over outputStrong problem solving skills with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use casesEffective decision making skills driven and informed by dataExcellent communication skills, with emphasis on the written narrativeThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
