What to Expect
Our Talent Acquisition team is passionate about creating great experiences for employees and candidates alike. As Talent Acquisition Manager (TA Manager), you will play a key role in the identification, attraction and selection of top talent for Hyundai Capital America. In this important role, the TA Manager will utilize his/her broad based recruitment experience to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities. The TA Manager will represent and market the culture of Hyundai Capital America to external candidates and build a cohesive recruiting and onboarding strategy and processes to attract the best candidates.
What You Will Do
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for each requisition. Gain a full understanding of each department assigned and become a subject matter expert as it relates to all areas of the recruitment process. Responsible for full cycle recruiting for the assigned departments and/or teams. Source, qualify and present candidates to hiring managers. Develop knowledge of current market place and trends. Utilize direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting techniques to identify top talent. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
2. Once offer decision has been made, responsible for working with Compensation and HR Business Partners to determine compensation on offers. Follows candidate through the process of managing the background check and relocation process for all external hires and internal transfers.
3. Coordinate, monitor and maintain relationships with external recruiting companies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of recruiting.
4. Responsible for coaching business leaders on hiring practices, ensuring managers are trained on interviewing skills.
5. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• A minimum of 7 years sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting with 5 years of social networking experience including developing social media sourcing strategies using networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Oracle Cloud Recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders at all levels; operate as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Possess solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with employees, candidates and their records.
• Agile with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately and be flexible.
• A passion for creating a great candidate experience and desire to provide a white glove candidate experience.
• Ability to build talent pipelines for critical skill areas.
• Must be results-oriented, customer focused and have strong problem solving skills.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
