Key Responsibilities

[Hybrid Remote - approx. 40% in person 60% remote]

Are you someone who enjoys event planning, partnership development, recruitment strategy and implementing new systems? This role could be for you! Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, we're looking for a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager [Special Projects] to coordinate inaugural university partnerships and improve outreach and recruitment operations for our 8 schools in Philadelphia. You will have the chance to manage exciting realms of the work and impact student outcomes in meaningful ways. This role supports 3 main functions:

[1] General Outreach/ Event Planning & Execution

Collaborate with the external impact teams to develop and execute an outreach strategy that builds brand awareness, maximizes exposure, and ultimately drives application volume. Venues to accomplish this work include (but aren't limited to)Marketing campaigns - creatively planning and managing marketing/social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Other advertising venues (radio spots, magazine ads, etc.)Independently (and occasionally in collaboration with Marketing team) develop, clear, compelling, polished content for social media, website, internal/external communication.Consistently track and analyze data linked to outreach strategies, refining and adjusting our approach in response to dataResearch, register for, and serve as a team representative at local and national career fairs, hiring events, and university fairsDesign, launch and lead internal and external recruitment events that lead to increased applicant volume and engage prospective teachers/staff members.Ensure all events are properly publicized and well-attended, and that all logistical information is clearly and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders[2] Teacher Pipeline: University Outreach & Strategic Partnership

In collaboration with the Senior Director of Talent, connect with student teacher programs and university/CBO partnerships, ensuring the successful implementation of the outreach strategy to enhance teacher engagement and pipeline opportunitiesLeads inaugural campus ambassador program recruitment implementationLeads internal employee ambassador programDevelop, build, and strengthen new and existing national and regional relationships to attract quality teachers, operations, and Leadership staffingDevelop, manage, and nurture relationships with students, educational institutions, and community partners to build a teacher pipeline across our 8 schools.Monitor and evaluate partnership/programming effectiveness, making adjustments as neededLeads recruitment of Liberty Teaching Fellows or Student TeachersCertification tracking support as needed to maintain teacher pipeline and development[3] Operations Management & Ad Hoc Recruitment

Maintain library of job descriptions, selection materials, internal policy, and all other team-critical documentsProvide flexible "back end" support to recruiters during peak hiring season as needed - source new candidates, screen resumes, conduct reference checks, etc.Build relationships with new and existing external partners and regularly communicate available opportunities to themSupport in posting new positions on all appropriate websites, monitor traffic, close postings when hires are madeOther duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Talent AcquisitionQualifications

Qualifications & Credentials

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience. Ranging from $60,000 - $72,000.Comprehensive benefits package included, including 100% employer-paid health benefits for employees and their families, a 403b matching program, and access to free financial advising services
