Typical Duties
Forecast students for field entry for upcoming semestersCollaborate with the Office of Student Success staff to track student program and curriculum plan changesClear or approve students for field placement courses each semester by verifying co/pre-requisites for all field coursesLead roll reconciliation efforts for all students enrolled in OFE coursesSupport course section creation and registration efforts each semester in collaboration with OFE administrative teamLead onboarding new agencies to the use of Tevera field placement management softwareManage securing, updating, and storing all placement agency Memorandums of Agreement, including working with VCU legal and Office of the Provost partners to negotiate non-standard and out of state agreementsSupport OFE site development by following up on field partner inquiries submitted the school website and as requested by the DOFEProcess all forms for educational and field placement verification for licensure and other credentialsFacilitate the orientation of field instructors, task supervisors, and students to their field education roles and responsibilitiesAssist with the development of field education sitesServe as member of the OFE administrative teamDemonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU
