Residential Clinician - Eligible for sign on bonus for licensed staff
The Residential Clinician will have the primary responsibility of providing all clinical services to clients in our residential programs. The hours of clinical services provided depends upon the level of care (3.7, 3.5, 3.1). This position is responsible for delivering CARF accredited services and to meet all required benchmarks required by DPH, ASAM guidelines and DMHAS.
Exempt / Full-time
Pay range begins at $60,000 for Associate-licensed
**Pay range begins at $65,000 for Fully-licensed

QUALIFICATIONS
LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure required, at least 3 years previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred. Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
*Valid Driver’s license with ability to transport others using company vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements.
Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments as part of the initial evaluation.
Facilitate group therapy including CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based group therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with family members, providers, and referral sources.
Create a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan, including referrals to all wraparound services to best serve the whole person. This includes but is not limited to primary care, psychiatry, recovery coaches, Recovering Together, case management and other community programs connected with our partner agencies.
Conduct therapeutic treatment utilizing trauma informed interventions and care that addresses root causes of distress.
