Job Summary
Finance leader at the Arkansas Flares business unit.Manage all Accounting and Finance functions and personnel.Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Inventory Costing, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Daily Reporting, Business Analysis, Sox Compliance, and Audit Liaison.Primary Responsibilities
Leads the monthly closing, financial reporting and analysis in a three-day reporting scheduleOversees financial reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.Leads the forecasting and budget processesParticipates in cost productivity reviews and savings validationsManages internal and external audits, including DCAA and DCMAMonitors operational activities for compliance with internal control procedures and SOX requirementsPreparation and analysis of support for forward pricing rates: overhead burden rates, G&A rates and Cost of Money rates.Preparation and analysis of Bids and Proposals, in coordination with Sales & Marketing.Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience. CPA or CMA preferredExperience working in a manufacturing company required. Large or mid-sized corporate accounting experience strongly preferred.Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting required.Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand a business's strategy and determine linkages to financial initiatives and drivers.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel.Experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN) a plus.Experience with a manufacturing defense contractor with FAR and CAS knowledge strongly preferred.
