Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant
for our
Fredericksburg office's
vibrant team.
Qualifications:
2+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.
Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.
Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
Experience with complex, high-volume cases.
Experience with case management system.
Job Duties:
Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.
Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Navigating the complexities of personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.
Other duties as assigned.
