NoPosition Purpose:To provide broad administrative and operations support to Professor Thalia Wheatley, individually, as well as coordinating activities within the Consortium for Interacting Minds ( CIM ), to increase the operational efficiency of CIM , expedite/coordinate the work of others, and ensure smooth operations of CIM programming and space.

Key Accountabilities

Description:Financial and budget management

Manage multi-year internal-use research budgets, including tracking Dartmouth and outside funder policies, requirements, and schedules; tracking expenses; and monitoring pay and reimbursements for students and staffAssist with managing deadlines and compiling information for required reports to research fundersAssist with drafting funding applications and required reportsCoordinate reimbursements (receipts, reports submissions, tracking)Percentage Of Time:
