You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns, analyze key metrics to optimize performance, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure Client sneakers remains the top choice for buyers. Key R esponsibilities:Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies for the sneakers category on Client, driving traffic and marketplace demand through innovative and data-driven initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on-site and off-site marketing events, including vertical, cultural, and retail moment planning. Co-lead marketing plan development and manage category assets (e.g., placement, coupons, support).Analyze key buyer funnel metrics-traffic, engagement, and conversion rates-to optimize performance and inform future strategies.Stay ahead of competitive trends and market dynamics to ensure Client sneakers remains the top choice for sneaker enthusiasts.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, maximizing the impact of marketing efforts.Develop and implement unique marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the sneaker community, leveraging insights and a deep understanding of sneaker culture.Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics, collaborating with designers, content creators, and agencies to bring creative concepts to life.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in online retail or marketplace environments, with increasing responsibility.Startup experience is a plus.Passion for sneakers with a deep understanding of market dynamics.Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Executive-level presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Growth-oriented, with an ownership mindset focused on driving performance against Client
