Description
Luxe Brands, LLC is currently hiring a Finance Manager. We are seeking a Finance Manager who will provide financial insight and guidance to enhance performance and process efficiency. You will be exposed to multiple brands, experience strong business growth, and regularly partner with the leadership team to support decision-making and position the organization for success.
Luxe Brands is a company that operates a multi-branded designer bridal boutique. We provide high-end luxury designer gowns for brides through our La Jeune Mariee brand, as well as designer gowns at discounted prices through our Luxe Redux and Outlet brands. Currently, we have three brands: La Jeune Mariee, Luxe Redux Bridal (which includes 8 stores and is expanding), the Ohio Bridal Outlet, and our online business.

Our Finance Manager will need to be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at our Luxury Boutique in Grandview, OH. This position will report to the VP of Operations and CFO.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or AccountingMBA and/or CPA - preferred6+ years of demonstrated success in financial managementRetail industry experience - Highly preferredDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence leadership and teamsTo be successful in this position, candidates must accomplish the following:
Oversee the management of monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.Analyze the financial performance of each Brand, channel, and the total business; analyses should include the understanding and documentation of financial and operational results against budget and forecast; analyses and commentary should be insightful and conducive to management action to improve performance.Lead discussions with the leadership team regarding financial and operational performance.Facilitate the development of monthly forecasts and annual budgets and provide relevant feedback.Provide guidance and training across the organization on business and financial processes.Continually monitor and understand current cash position and accurately forecast/model forward cash flow.Develop value-added reporting and analysis that provides action-oriented insight into the business and improves decision-making and future strategies.Oversee the daily accounting processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place. Manage communication across the organization as needed.Provide analysis/modeling on strategic organic growth and potential acquisitions.Oversee analysis and provide recommendations for capital expenditures for new business and replacement capital (including project appraisal); evaluate and recommend appropriate financing method (e.g. buy vs. lease).Liaise with Purchasing, Buying, Real Estate, Operating teams to ensure that business risks and exposures are highlighted and mitigated as appropriate.Provide direction to leadership team to effectively oversee real estate portfolio (owned and leased). Analysis and insight on new and renewal leases.Ability to influence and align operations and function support teams towards a goal of financial success.Build and maintain a positive relationship with your internal and external teamAd hoc analysis and duties upon request.
