Duties:

Under the direction of the Manager, AS, this position will support the Associate Services department. This position is responsible for performing administrative duties, such as attending meetings and taking high level and detailed minutes, creating and editing documents using Adobe Acrobat.

Skills:

• Understands the information and responsibilities pertinent to their position• Strong time management skills: able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite• Some SharePoint experience• Document management• Effective planning and organizational skills• Able to communicate in the most professional manner• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
