Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Clinician in our IHBTC (Intensive Home-Based

Therapeutic Care) Program at Behavioral Health Network!

The master's level Clinician will be a part of a dynamic team of multidisciplinary professionals providing intensive supports to children with significant behavioral health challenges and their families. The Clinician leads the Family Team and collaborates closely with Team members to deliver high quality, family centered treatment. The Clinician works in partnership with the family on a comprehensive clinical assessment, the creation of a comprehensive treatment plan and co-facilitates with family and youth the Family Team meetings. The Clinician provides intensive individual and family therapy and, in addition, works closely with the family, IHBTC team members, Community Supports and the Department of Mental Health to match appropriate treatment interventions with identified needs in support of the family's success.

What are we looking for in an IHBTC Clinician?

Qualifications/Requirements

Master's Degree in a mental health related field (required).Knowledge of working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and relevant treatment techniques.Experience in navigating any of the child/family-serving systems.Two years of experience working with families (preferred).CANS certification required within 6 months of employment.Experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
