Location:
Hybrid (2-3 days a week) in office in

TheDirector - Corporate FP&A will design and administer the process,consolidation and review of the global forecast, budget and managementreporting. The position is responsiblefor working across global finance teams and functional leaders to help drivestrategic decision making through the generation of financial models,forecasts, financial analysis, reporting and presentations for leadership teamreview. This position reports to the VP& Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budget process, including collaborating with other teams to thoughtfully allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and execute on operational plansMaintain the quarterly forecast and actuals performance of the P&L, identify key business and financial trends, and communicate them to leadership team at the period financial reviewsProvide thought partnership and foster collaboration across the organization while directly leading the FP&A departmentAnalyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities.Prepare Monthly Reporting Package, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for the executive team.Create presentations for key stakeholders.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectivesDrive the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as neededSkills/Requirements
7+years of manufacturing accounting, managerial accounting, planning, or related experience in an analytical capacitySupervisory experienceAbility to communicate to all organizational levels in a financial and managerial capacityBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent major of studyMBA or Master's degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $158650 - $206750. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
