About The Role
Overview: Wren Manufacturing is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join our team at our facilities in Sugar Notch, PA. This role will play a crucial part in supporting Maintenance Operations by effectively scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal production equipment performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend morning meetings punctually and participate actively.Enter parts and descriptions into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Develop and maintain comprehensive job plans for maintenance activities.Schedule weekly work plans based on production availability and priorities.Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance scheduling, work order generation, and equipment management.Efficiently plan, schedule, and track all proactive maintenance activities.Manage work order priorities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Implement and manage preventive maintenance plans to enhance production asset reliability.Collaborate with the Parts Room Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory levels.Facilitate Planning / Scheduling meetings in conjunction with weekly Engineering Meetings.Coordinate equipment availability for work order activities.Develop PM schedules using Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) and Predictive Maintenance plans.Monitor and track Planning / Scheduling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the plant.Evaluate PM Ontime effectiveness and PM Schedule Adherence.Identify and develop Predictive Maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability.Demonstrate familiarity with concepts such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and TPMAbout You
Background & Skills:
Strong technical skills; previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is advantageous.Proficient in operating computer systems and interfacing programs for production data analysis.Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong team player capable of working collaboratively in a global team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.Capability to create comprehensive reports and document procedures.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Effective problem-solving abilities with a good understanding of engineering principles and safety regulations.Familiarity with preventative maintenance strategies is essential.Employee Benefits:
