Site Director

to join the team in

Cleveland Heights ! In this role, you will be overseeing the clinical operations and staff for a residential eating disorder treatment facility for adults.

Position : Site Director

Company : Eating Disorder Treatment Facility

Location : Cleveland Heights, OH

Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

Provide overall direction and clinical leadership to entire siteOversee clinical programming to ensure high quality of care be maintained and new treatment approaches be implementedManage leadership team and clinical staff - hiring, performance improvement, case consultations, documentation review, team meetings and moreOwnership of site budget to ensure strong financial outcomes while maintaining client demand

Requirements:

Active independent mental health or social work license in the state of Ohio required (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, etc.)Master's Degree in clinical mental health, social work or related field3+ years of leadership experience requiredExperience with eating disorder population highly preferred
