Monday - Friday, on call every 4 weekendsWhat You'll Do:Lead and inspire! Oversee the daily operations of our residential treatment facility and manage its dedicated team.Drive excellence by implementing and executing on strategic plans to meet operational, financial, and clinical goals.Collaborate with clinical leaders, community partners, and internal teams to ensure access to care and strong clinical outcomes.Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, referral sources, and provider networks to enhance program visibility and drive admissions.Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally competent environment where both staff and clients feel supported.Innovate and implement solutions to continuously improve patient engagement and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations, analyzing program performance and ensuring access to high-quality care.Partner with Human Resources to hire, mentor, and develop a strong team, while handling essential HR functions such as performance management and staff reviews.Maintain and exceed census goals for our residential programs while ensuring top-tier clinical documentation and compliance.Build strong staff relationships through clear communication, leadership development, and a supportive work culture.Manage program expansion, client waitlists, and overall service delivery to optimize site efficiency.Provide clinical supervision and maintain a caseload to stay connected to client needs.Actively partner with sales and outreach to participate in speaking engagements and provider connections both locally and nationally.Who You Are:Experienced Leader: 3+ years of management (site and personnel) experience in healthcare, with a preference for expertise in eating disorders.Therapeutic Rockstar: Master's degree in the behavioral sciences (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) with active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).Client-Centered Clinician: Experience in individual and family psychotherapy, and ideally board-approved for clinical supervision.Innovator & Visionary: You're excited to lead with a clear vision, bring new ideas to the table, and create a lasting impact.Outreach Partner: Actively build brand awareness alongside our sales & marketing teams.
