Position Highlights:Position: Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Endeavor Health Medical Group (EHMG)Location: 3040 Salt Creek Lane, Arlington Heights, IL 60007Full TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pmHybrid Schedule: onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs (WFH on Monday, Friday)Job Summary:
The EHMG is managed as two overall segments: 1) is the Front Doors, which in summary consists of Primary Care and Immediate Care and 2) is Specialty Care - representing more than 65 subspecialties that provide care for our patient's care after they come in through the Front Doors.
This role will own all Financial Planning and Analysis for the Specialty Segment. Each of these Segments is overseen by a Diad Leadership Structure which consists of a Physician Executive and a System Vice President of Operations. This role will work closely with the Specialty Diad and their MG Administrative team to Manage the Annual Budget for this segment - I&E and Capital, 5 Year Plan, forecasts and other business performance reports and analysis as needed. Additionally, this role determines budget, and reporting needs and delivers the strategy and tactics to meet those needs for the Specialty Segment. Develops and maintains process for department/division monthly operating reviews for the Specialty Segment. Develop and manage and ensure the efficient flow of information to support financial decisions, reporting, and business planning efforts.
What you will do:
Maintain and distributes reporting for Segment by location and Sub-Subspecialty for use by Diad and other MG Administrators.Work with MG Administrators and Diad leaders to manage and report on opportunities and tactics to achieve targeted goals.Coordinates and attends monthly operating review meetings with MG Administrators to review financial performance and develop plans to ensure Subspecialty financial performance goals are achieved.Manage and prepares financial performance and productivity reporting for Subspecialty Administrators and ensures Subspecialty leaders are trained on the reporting functions and capabilities of the appropriate system(s).Provides support to Subspecialty leadership and acts as a resource in the identification and interpretation of trends, developments and marketplace factors that are essential in shaping strategic plans.Participates in the operational and continuous improvement processes.Manages 2 SFA's and collaborates effectively across EHMG Finance.What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (or related field)Experience:
