As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial accounting, reporting, and internal control systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
•Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing strategic insights and analysis to senior management.
•Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee financial risk management practices.
•Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguard company assets.
•Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure findings are addressed promptly.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
•Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in a Controller position.
•CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required.
•Profound knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
•Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
•Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with an aptitude for learning new technologies. Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
